Welcome to Cool Factor Cryo, Inc. (“Cool Factor Cryo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, events, and mobile recovery experiences (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

Cool Factor Cryo provides mobile and on-site athletic recovery services at sports tournaments, private events, and other locations. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Cryotherapy

  • Compression therapy

  • Percussive massage

  • Stretch protocols

  • Red-light therapy and other recovery modalities

These Services are designed to support physical recovery and wellness but are not medical treatments and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.

2. Eligibility and Participant Responsibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications before receiving services.

  • You will follow all staff instructions, safety guidelines, and posted rules during sessions.

  • You understand that certain therapies may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, skin sensitivities).

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Cool Factor Cryo is not a licensed medical provider. Our staff and contractors are trained in wellness and recovery techniques but do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.


Always consult your healthcare professional before using cryotherapy or recovery therapies.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Cool Factor Cryo from liability for any adverse effects that may arise.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or service.

  • We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Refunds or reschedules are handled according to our event-specific or session-specific cancellation policies.

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize Cool Factor Cryo to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation, which must be requested in writing.

5. Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Participation in cryotherapy and related modalities involves inherent risks. By signing up for or engaging in our Services, you agree to:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or discomfort related to participation; and

  • Release, waive, and hold harmless Cool Factor Cryo, Inc., its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to your participation, except as prohibited by law.

6. Event and Mobile Service Terms

If you engage Cool Factor Cryo for an event, tournament, or on-site service:

  • You are responsible for providing adequate space, access, and power as specified in the service agreement.

  • Cool Factor Cryo retains the right to use event photography or footage for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Event rescheduling or cancellation must comply with the terms outlined in your signed service contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and physical setup (including trademarks, logos, photos, text, and design) are the property of Cool Factor Cryo, Inc. and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Factor Cryo, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • Any personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of our Services;

  • Any third-party links, websites, or partner offerings accessed through our website.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Cool Factor Cryo may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
